Professor Hwang Yi, PhD, Assoc. AIA, completed his doctoral studies at the Stuart Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. He studied architecture at Seoul National University, where he received both Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Prior to joining KUA, he held tenure-earning professor positions at Florida International University in the United States (2016-2018) and Ajou University (2018-2023). Prof. Dr. Yi, an accomplished architect and expert in the field, is committed to expanding the boundaries of architecture through the integration of emerging technologies and sciences in building design and fabrication.
