교과과정
고려대학교 건축학과의 학부생들은 2021학년도 입학생부터 5년 동안 전공과목, 교양과목 도합 최소 160학점을 취득해야 한다. 이 교육과정은 전공필수105학점(25과목)과 전공선택15학점(5과목), 그리고 40학점의 교양과목으로 구성되어 있다. 건축설계 교과목은 1학년의 “기초설계1”과 “기초설계2”를 바탕으로(각 3학점) 2학년 1학기의 “건축설계1”부터 5학년 2학기의 “건축설계8”에 이르기까지(각 6학점, 건축설계8 학점) 점진적인 심화과정을 거친다. 학부생들은 이 모든 교과목을 충실히 이수함으로써 전인적 교양인으로서의 자질을 키움과 동시에 전문적 건축인으로 준비될 수 있다. 특히 “국제적 경쟁력을 갖춘 건축인”을 양성한다는 교육목표를 성취하기 위한 방안으로 50% 이상의 교과목을 영어강의로 진행하고 있는 점은 우리 학과 프로그램의 장점이다.

졸업요건
졸업요건은 입학년도에 따라 차이가 있다. 해당 입학년도에 따라 요건이 달라지므로, 졸업에 필요한 이수학점은 본 페이지 상단의 입학년도별 이수학점을 참고하도록 한다. 학점이외의 졸업요건은 게시판에 공지한 해당 입학년도의 졸업요건을 따른다.
제2전공(이중전공·융합전공·학생설계전공), 심화전공
본 건축학인증 프로그램 외에 제2전공을 이수하는 경우, 본 대학교에서 정한 이중전공 정원 이내에서 이중전공 이수를 허가한다. 관련된 상세한 정보는 아래 인재발굴처의 전공제도 안내를 참고하여 진행할 수 있습니다. 제2전공을 고려하는 학생은 아래 링크에서 관련 정보를 얻을 수 있다.
Curriculum
The current five years accredited (KAAB) program requires a minimum of 160 credits for the successful graduation of KU Architecture. These credits are distributed in the following way: 105 credits in mandatory major courses (25 subjects), 15 credits in elective major courses (5 subjects), and 40 credits in liberal arts courses. Design Studios constitute the spine of our curriculum. In the first year, the courses of “Basic Studio 1” and “Basic Studio 2”, set the basic design foundations, each with three credits. The following four years are divided into two semesters each, developing a total of eight design studios (“Design studio 1” to “Design Studio 8”), each with six credits(Studio 8 3 credits), and dealing with diverse and progressively complex architectural problems. undergraduate Students completing this program will not only achieve a well-balanced professional proficiency but also grow personally as a well cultivated, holistic individual. Furthermore, in order to strengthen the international competence of the undergraduate students, over 50% of the courses in our curriculum are offered in English.

In the case of taking a second major outside of this architectural accreditation program, it is permitted within the double major quota set by the University.
