대학원 전공
고려대학교 건축학과의 대학원 과정은 심화하는 연구분야에 따라서 “건축계획학전공”과 “도시계획 및 도시설계전공” 두 개의 전공으로 구성된다.

건축계획학전공 (Architectural Planning)은 건축설계와 계획을 아우르는 지도교수와 전공분야로 구성되며, 도시계획 및 도시설계전공 (Urban Planning and Urban Design)은 도시계획과 설계를 아우르는 지도교수와 전공분야로 구성된다.

대학원 학위과정
본 대학원 과정에서는 전공별로 석사학위와 박사학위과정을 운영하고 있다. 석사학위의 경우, 2년제의 대학원 학위과정 또는 학석사 연계/통합 학위과정으로 구성되고, 석사과정 이후에는 박사과정을 통해서 해당 전공분야의 심화 연구 및 프로그램으로 이어진다. 건축학과의 대학원 과정은 대학원 전공분야 이수과목을 통한 교육과 함께 지도교수의 연구실을 통해 연구와의 연계 속에서 교육이 함께 이루어지게 된다.

Graduate Program
The graduate program of the Department of Architecture at Korea University consists of two majors, “Architectural Planning” and “Urban Planning and Urban Design” depending on the field of concentration study.

Students should select a major between these two when applying to the graduate school of Department of Architecture, and choose a lab and advisor by major. The Architectural Planning major encompasses advisors and majors of architectural design and planning, and the Urban Planning and Urban Design major is composed of advisors and majors covering urban planning and design. Graduate School Degree
The graduate program offers master's and doctoral degrees for each major. The master's degree consists of a two-year graduate degree program and a bachelor's degree linked/combined degree program. After the master's program, students can go on to the doctoral program to conduct in-depth research in the relevant field of study. In the graduate program of the Department of Architecture, education is carried out in connection with the research laboratory of the advisor, along with courses completed in the graduate school major field.
