기본적으로 7층 설계실 사용 자제를 원칙으로 함
불가피한 경우에 한해 제한적으로 사용 허가함

It is basically prohibited to use the Open Studio on the 7th floor.
The access to the Open Studio is allowed only in a limited sense.
(This rule could be changed depending on the situation.)
